can anyone figure out what this master cylinder is for?

can anyone figure out what this master cylinder is for?
i have a NOS master cylinder but i can't read the part number on the box. it has a casting number on the bottom that is
5468115 1 1/8 Y D19
this has the 2 differant wire hold downs on it. one at the front and one at the rear going cross ways and not the single that goes from front to back.

Problem with casting numbers, is that the same casting might have been used for many applications with different machining. This is what I have learned so far about this part.
1976 CADILLAC COMMERCIAL CHASSIS AND LIMO ONLY
If it is 1976 Cadillac Commercial Chassis & Limo only, the best place to sell it would be on the Professional Car Society website. I can list it there for you if you like. I found this information on eBay, where a seller has 2 of them, and no bids. Opening bid is $39.99. I don't believe that there will be a lot of demand for this part.
