Before they started making repops I bough a few 1969 442 rear bumper cores is there any value besides scrap?

There should be $$ there. I would try local craigslist or ad in the parts arena here with local pick up only. $100 is about as low as I have seen them priced at in local scene.

The repro's I saw in person were crap. I would think someone would want to pounce on an original, Good Luck.

I have one sitting in my yard I've listed in a few spots and no bites. Think I'm gonna keep it as wall art. Hate to toss an original piece. First Cutlass was a 69' so I overpaid for it 30 years ago, that car is long gone. All repos, not just the 69 are junk from what I've seen. Nothing like an original.
