Almost home

Hello all and sorry for the long gap between visits and posts..lots going on! Anyway...my 64 Cutlass (one family since new, mine since both she and I were 16) will be home sometime before the end of the month. To make the long story short, the guy who promised 3 years ago to do my upholstery work in trade for a Corvair has YET to come thru. He is being forced to move so home my baby will come..never to be left to dwell anywhere else again.......

From my experience(s), he's a typical upholstery guy.

AND....WE"RE HOME!!! YAY! What a pleasure it was to actually drive her a few miles....lots of cleanup ahead ..but man...what a treat! I still get the same thrill when I turn the key that I did on my 16th birthday when my grandmother gave her to me!
