Aftermarket Kick Panel Speakers, but the vent cables?

Aftermarket Kick Panel Speakers, but the vent cables?
I am getting ready to do an audio upgrade on my 1969 non-AC 442 convertible. The aftermarket speaker kick panels don't have the cold air cables holes or even a boss to drill for them. The new panels are just smooth where the ***** would normally be located. I am very curious what others have done?

It appears that you have an older version of the non-AC kick panel speakers.

Q: Can you still use the fresh air vents with this kick panel? I don't see a **** cut out.

A: These kick panels have been updated since the picture that is shown. They now have a **** built into the kick panel so that you can open and close the fresh air vent
