The 1971 Cutlass/442 assembly manual has it. Maybe you could check on wildaboutcars and download it.

Manual doesn't show all the dimensions and wildaboutcars has it, only problem is when you go to enlarge it, they are all blurry.

for $85 shipped I can get you a stencil. I had a friend in the decal buis spend alot of time duplicating this from an original paint hood I had. I used it on my 71 I finished last year.P1120473.jpg

I found what I gave to the body shop when they painted my hood. I am going to try to scan it and put on this thread. I'm not too computer savvy so if it doesn't work it is page 162-manual-section 1-4 titled hood painting(35W25 &35W30) of the 1971 assembly manual. I bought mine at a swap meet years ago-It is a reproduction- I have seen them on ebay. Well here goes we'll see if this works.......
