70, 350 Should I set timing to factory spec?

I got a 70 model 350, bottom end is stock. Eldebrock performer intake,
600 holley, Engle 2722H cam shaft (IN .512” EX .523” 236 duration @ .050)
Headers with FlowMast 2.5" exhaust and Pertronix III distributor and coil.

Just wanting some opinions on what the timing should be set at.

It will probably like a quicker centrifugal curve, but stay with 36 deg. total (vacuum advance disconneccted).
