66 442 fuel tank vent tube kit

Hey guys
Hoping somebody can help me with my vent tube kit I bought at Inline Tube. I thought it cane with instructions but when I received it there was nothing. I called inking and said it should be simple and I would know how to install it. I'm still puzzled because the kit is clamped into a loop and grommet in the center. Does anyone have a picture or diagram?

From the 66 CSM. Hope it helps some. Also the 2nd pic may not apply exactly to your car. Your 442 is a 338 series.

Disregard the 3rd pic. It's for a wagon.

The first photo shows how the vent tube comes through the trunk hump floor and is retained by a sheet metal tab, then goes back under the floor.

The photos are great help do you cut the hose on the kit in half and use for both ports on the tank?

No. The hose joins the long end, at the right above, to the nipple on the tank. Take the hose off the short end and leave it bare. It is the outlet for the vent.
