well Saturday my quest was fulfilled. I recently purchased 2 55 olds 4 door hardtops. one has been started as a mild custom and one was a parts car. both are in amazing condition. as soon as I can I will post pics. got a ton of parts also. as soon as I get thru it all I plan on selling parts car. it will make a super project.

You oughta keep the parts car till you finish the keeper. You will be amazed at what you will use off a the parts rig that will save you many dollars even if its just gas money and time running to the parts house to buy a bolt or nut that got lost or you don't have. Wished I would of had a parts car to cannibalise when I did my build....Just a thought...Tedd

Is the parts car a 98? I need some parts for a '55 4 dr ht 98.

parts cars is stripped of all chrome. how can I tell if its a 98? also found a 56 olds 2dr hardtop i'm going after. might make 4dr parts car into 2dr b4 I sell.
