1970 tail light lenses

Im quite away from needing tail light lenses for my 70 442 but I'm a bit confused as to what ones exactly Im gonna need? I have the originals packed away in a box somewhere and I know they are broke but I will find them and verify what they are. Im questioning wether I need the plain red ones with silver sides or the ones with the painted raised trim on the inside? Fusicks doesn't even offer the ones with painted raised trim so I'm confused.I know the supreme have their own different ones. I searched this forum but didn't get a definite answer. Anybody know the answer for sure?

The 442's didn't have the chrome inserts or the painted chrome. They were all red with the silver sides I believe.

Tru Blu is correct. Your 442 wouldn’t have an inlay.

'70 Original Oldsmobile Tailight Assemblies. Is this what you are looking for. (Not. Mine)
I know someone who has a set of original Oldsmobile 442 tailight assemblies in good shape. What are they worth?

I think those are supreme taillight lenses. Not 442.

Correct !
I believe mine to be original (442) and they silver on the sides and solid red in center with NO silver on raised edge.

Hi Rick,
The 442 lenses are solid red and the rest of the assemblies are silver?

FYI on mine the silver inset is a stainless piece that fits over the ridge on the taillight, so i think you could use these for a supreme or a other by just removing the SS part
