1968 4 door rear outer wheel well?
Does anyone know if a 4 door is interchangeable with a convertible?

Nope. There are three different outer wheelhouse panels for the 68-69 cars.

2dr and 4dr P/N 7672046 RH / 7672048 LH
wagons P/N 7704642 RH / 7671564 LH
convertibles P/N 7672047 RH / 7672049 LH
