Remove hood seal, cowl screen + rt wiper arm. Loosen the 2 nuts where the wiper trans attaches to the motor. Place drvr wiper arm UNDER or BELOW the wiper stop on the piece of stainless under the windshield. Tighten nuts, lift arm back over stop, replace parts. This assumes all parts are correct. Be aware some motors appear right, but have no "park" or hidden ability. THey will stop above the SS molding and never park.
