I have a few questions. My 67 442 fuel gauge is not working. Tried three different gauges, no change in results, replaced the sending unit with a new one, no change in results. It just does not move no matter how much fuel is in the guage. I am curious if it is just a ground ok, which terminal in the fuel gauge is the ground? when you pull the gauge out there is three contacts for it. I am assuming and please correct me if I am wrong, 1 is for the sender signal, 1 is for ground, and 1 is for power. Is this correct and if so which is which. If sitting in the seat there is one at the left and the right and down lower in the center. Help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have a multimeter but really am no good with it. Just never really used one enough to know how.

1 is for constant 12v power, another is the sender (which is a 9 ohm variance of ground), the other is the light. The fuel gauge is looking for ground to operate.

Thanks that did help. I think the printed circuit for that 12v is nto working well. I bypassed it and now the gauge is working'
