Electric Fan help

I plan on replacing my stock fan/fan clutch set up with an electric fan. I have a 4 core brass radiator and would love it if there is a dual fan set up that moves 2500 cfm (Assuming that is enough)that I could just pop in. If anyone has done this and has part numbers etc. let me know what works best. My motor is not a stock 350, but has the following upgrades, so I need to move some air across the radiator.
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold
Edelbrock Performer Carburetor (600CFM 4 barrel).
Edelbrock carburetor insulator gasket (0.320")
Edelbrock True Roller timing chain
Comp Cams Camshaft XE262H(
Duration @.050 218/224 Lift 475"/.480" LSA110)
Forged flat top pistons/rings (by Diamond) from Dick Miller Racing
W-31 stainless steel valves (2" intake, 1.625" exhaust)
Head porting (pocket) 3 angle valve job, tear drop valve guides
Sanderson Headers (Part # 0351—shorty type)
3.42 Posi track (originally 2.56 open)
TCI Torque converter 2400 stall (Breakaway # 241100)
Transgo shift kit #2
MSD Pro-Billet Distributor and MSD Blaster 2 Ignition Coil
MSD Super Conductor spark plug wires (8.5mm)
Walker Dynomax turbo mufflers/dual exhaust (originally single)
Spectre Performance Air Filter w/ Spectre Air Filter lid
Bored 60 over, 10.5:1 compression ratio

4000cfm for ~$100

HOWEVER.....I noticed you have a 4 core BRASS radiator, and I think clutch
fans might be better suited to that radiator. Most of the electric fans are used
on modern aluminum radiator styles designed for electric fans.

2500 cfm is nothing.

So is it a better plan to buy a complete aluminum rad and fan set and just drop that in as opposed to trying to rig something up w/ my current rad?

Where is that write-up on the 90's Ford Taurus fan?

Junkyard find, $15, around here anyway, moves 4400CFM

2000 Ford Windstar dual fans over 4000 cfm, typically $40 used, get the connector pigtails with it. Fits the 72 4 core radiator perfectly.
Adjustable controler for one fan , fits in the radiator drain valve $24

I would suggest having the other fan on a temp and AC trinary switch.
My 72 LSx is a DD with this setup, I've never seen over 203 degrees (196 thermostat) even on 105 degree days in traffic this summer, AC blowing COLD..
Thinking it could cool a small nuclear power plant.

Check the amp draw on whatever fan you pick, probably need a bigger alternator if stock now.

^^ YES.

That's why I having been too gun-ho on finding the Taurus 3 wire fan (I bought a 2 wire by mistake) because I've read is could draw upto 70 amps

I do have the Volvo control relay, and I shopped the alternator, but the alternator is around $240 and I have slight issues with the 100 amp I used to replace my 78 amp OE one

FYI I just bought a 105 amp alternator for an 89 Pontiac Safari that bolts right on. $75. You'll obviously have to rewire it. It even has the right pulley.

Powers my dual fans off a junkyard dodge stratus.
