Im ready to throw the whole care away.
i have done all the possible test and change everything i can. Still not sparking.

Erm, you haven't tested everything or you would have found the problem. Run through everything you have done and no doubt someone on this forum will look with fresh eyes and spot something amiss. Ignition systems obey the laws of physics, if everything is in working order, properly connected and timed, then it will work.

i found the problem! Even though i got a new ignition module some months back. I bought another one and i got consistent spark!! I am relieved!

aah the new part gone bad trick ! seems to happen quite frequently .glad you figured it out

Lots of HEI replacement parts are sub par. Hard to even get a decent cap/rotor with brass inserts never mind decent module/pickup or coil
