1966 ash try light

I have a 66 Cutlass convertible and I'm have my dash partially apart to replace the radio and dash speaker and discovered the ash tray light isn't working. Would you be able to tell me how to remove the old bulb so I can replace it? I don't want to break it as that would ruin my day.

The socket is held on with 1 screw, which is accessible if you take the ash tray out. There is a metal cover over the bulb, which slides off (sometimes quite tight). Then you can replace the bulb (typical push down and turn).

Thanks, that worked. Next time I'll have a better light underneath with me, the screw was missing and that threw me off. The light was tight in the cover and that's why I held back just yanking it off.
