Lights Flickering

Lights Flickering
I had my 72 Supreme out today to get my annual inspection and noticed with the blower on high, the interior lights were flickering (I could also hear the load on the alternator varying quite a bit).
My guesses are -
a. External voltage regulator might be a bit sticky (car has been sitting at bit).
b. High Blower relay is not so good. I replaced this a while back with a 'Standard' brand replacement part.
Just wondering if someone had experience with this and any suggestions. Off high blower, the symptom seemed a bit less.
Thanks!

Definitely check the regulator, alternator brushes, and belt tension. I'll also add that I chased exactly this problem on a 68 Vista years ago. The cause in that case was corrosion on the wire from the alternator at the stud on the horn relay. Once I cleaned all those terminals, all was fine.
