67 Cutlass a/c blower resistor

67 Cutlass a/c blower resistor
Can't find the correct blower motor resistor for my a/c car (67 Cutlass). I did find that the same plug configuration was used on mid 60's Fords. Any reason why that might or might not work? Other than one is a GM and one is a Ford?
