Power Window Regulator Refurbishment

Power Window Regulator Refurbishment
Dear friends,
I was cleaning the power window regulators today.
When I tested, 3 of them worked while one did not. It just sparked at the terminals. How can I get it to work? Can these motors be disassembled? If not, is there a way to break loose the stuck motor shaft?
After cleaning the motor body with kerosene, I noticed the flexible belt drive that carries the glass is a plastic like material. What would be the safe lubricant for that belt? Is kerosene bad to clean the flexible belt?
And how should one clean and lube the belt? (I ask this because I loaded the rail of my old VW's window regulators with white lithium grease because it was a cable that moved inside it - see photo)
And is there a way to lubricate the gear (which is spun by the motor) without breaking away the rivets?
Finally, is there a way (or is there really a need) to lubricate the motor shaft?
