Spark Plug Wire Holder

The 4 spark plug wires on the drivers side of engine are held up by the plastic holder.
But in the passenger side the 4 wires just lay on top of the coolant lines to the heater core. I do not see a bracket on the valve cover to install the holder. Am I missing this part?

I think that's right for a 68, but on the pass side you should have a 4 wire divider to prevent crossfire. No bracket on the pass side.

Right. Specifically the wires for cylinders 5 and 7 need to be separated. Note the gap on the upper separator in this photo.

What is your car?
I think only the big cars had a "bracket" to hold the wire holder on the driver side. Never seen the Cutlass or 442 with the bracket, only the holder. I am sure this is correct for 70-72 but can anyone confirm this for other years of Cutlass?

It appears he has a 68 Turnpike cruiser (442). I know my 69 doesn't use the bracket. But I'm pretty sure 442 + H/O used that bracket in 68. 70-72...no.

My '68 4-4-2 has the same kind of metal bracket that bolts on with a valve cover bolt and then the 4-wire divider mounts onto the metal bracket for the driver side - just a wire divider for the passenger side. I didn't see (or have) that bracket on my '69 on the driver side when I restored it. The '69 just had the 4-wire dividers on both sides.
