Wiring Diagram for a 1966 Dynamic 88
#3
Thanks for that. Much appreciated
Can't seem to find where the alternator/generator light is wired. Mine is on and get's brighter as the RPM's go up.
The voltage at the battery is 14.5 so I know the alternator is working.
I had to replace the resistance wire to the coil with a ballast resistor as the wire melted. wondering if that has anything to do with it.
Thoughts anyone?

Spend the money, buy an original factory-issued Chassis Service Manual. The wiring diagram is in it, as well as everything else you'll need to fix the car. This is the first "tool" you should buy when you get a car like this. Any digital or repro copies are scans of a paper original and detail will be lost. Just buy an original. There are at least a half dozen originals on ebay right now, starting at about $17 and up.
