Switch, relay or Wiper motor?

Hello everyone,
'71 442, 2 speed wiper motor.
My wiper motor will not activate unless I manually help it move. Once it starts, it is ok.
Please help. :P
Thanks!

1) Shows that there is at least some current getting to the motor
2) Bad commutator or brushes
3) Bad ground
4) Bad or dirty connections, anywhere
5) Too high a resistance in one or more components

Etc, etc

Once you get them moving, do they move at normal speed? Do they park properly?

No binding that I can tell.
Once moving, they move and park properly..
I'll pull and clean.
Thanks!
