So as I finish up my interior restoration I want to add in a head unit that has Apple Car Play, screen for GPS as well as entertainment for the kids, and ability to have it as a slide show of my restoration pictures when at car shows, etc.

I have found a Single-DIN unit from Pinoneer (3400NEX) that fits the bill with the screen that extends out and up. From the measurements I see it will Def make contact with the upper part of the dash, but the viewing angle doesn't look to bad from my measurements, and it might even help with glare (I have that issue now on my Double-Din in my C6 corvette - I have to Angle the screen down to see it).

I wanted to see if anyone here is running a Single-DIN with retractable (fold out and up) screen and if you had any images of how the screen in as it founds out for use and how much contact it makes with the upper dash.

Well I think I found a much better fit, but the price tag went up !

This looks like it will fit and adjust.
