Old, slow, sticky power windows

Just bought my first Olds. 1977 Delta 88 Royale

It runs great. But i'm having trouble with the power windows. They're really tight and sometimes get stuck halfway going up. After 30 years of occasional use (bought it from an 80 year old, original owner. Only 80K miles) i guess this is normal?

Question is, can i take the motors apart and grease them up, (lubed up the tracks yesterday, didn't help much) or are they dead and need to be replaced?
