61-62 Starfire tach wiring ???

61-62 Starfire tach wiring ???
Got a 62 Starfire tach for a project. Unfortunately, I am at a loss for the wiring of said tach... 
It's got three possible wiring connections. Below the light socket hole, there is a lug with a "fiber" washer. I would assume that it would be the positive leg...
Then there are two other legs, one at 4 o'clock to the light socket hole and one at about 8 o'clock...
Any ideas which is "feed" and "ground" and anyone confirm that the one I think is the positive is indeed positive?
