check under the dash - on floor/firewall
Hi, noticed you had no replays to your question...
My 70 Cutlass Supreme convertible's relay switch for the power windows is up under the dash, far left driver side, on the floor/firewall - if you don't see it there, check behind the side kick panel aside of the emergency brake.
Oldsmobile liked to hide parts in similar places, on different models...
