Engine hesitates during upon acceleration - Delta 88 w. 307

Hello all. I am experiencing slight hesitation when starting off from stopped position or sometimes from acceleration.
Also when the AC is on it is more noticeable and sometimes the car stalls until fully warmed up when the AC is on.
Would anyone have some ideas where I should start looking?

How about start by replacing all the vacuum hoses and then maybe move onto rebuilding the carb.

what year Delta? had a similar problem on my 2004 Silverado, was a throttle positioner sensor, about $110.00 for the part, about 10 minutes to change out.

The TPS on a 307 with the electronic Q-jet is NOTHING like the one on a 2004 Chevy, and definitely not "10 minutes" to change out, especially if the person is not familiar with working on Q-jets. Also, the TPS actually doesn't do nearly as much on the carbureted 307 as it does on an EFI motor. As suggested above, the CCC system is extremely sensitive to any cracks or leaks in the miles of vacuum lines. Any leak will cause a problem. The system is also sensitive to ignition. Be sure that your ignition system has been tuned up recently. It doesn't take much in the way of deposits on the cap or rotor to screw this up. Finally, the carb must be adjusted EXACTLY as specified in the Chassis Service Manual.

What Joe said and I might add to buy only a distributor cap and rotor that have brass contacts and not the jippo aluminum crap.

It seems the AC compressor seizing and it was still under warranty and that was causing loaded on the engine so now it seems to be working very well.
