So the nut is off, but the pulley is really on there and I don't see a place to grab the puller on.

Do NOT ask my how I know this...
Soaking the shaft and pulley with penetrating oil will help. Heat on the pulley will help, but you will likely damage the front seal on the pump.

Is it hard to find a replacement pulley? I may just caught the old one off, but I am having trouble finding a part number.

Cut the end of the shaft flush with the pulley, now using a drill press, drill the shaft out of the pulley (pilot drill, then using larger drills till you can tap the remaining shaft from the pulley. I have used this method with good results.
