My 73 Delta88 has two vertical bumper guards on the front and rear bumpers is this a rare feature?

My Delta seems to have a lot of extras like:temp gauge next to side view mirror, power antenna, windows, bench seat, AM/FM 8 track, curb lights when blinkers are turned on, oldsmobile truck mat, tilt steering, truck button, wire spoke hub caps, AC, original floor mats, only thing not power is door locks ody enough
