Found an old GM replacement parts sticker
I've posted a couple times that I have a '63 Dynamic Holiday sedan with 52,000 miles on it. Short story is that the owner sideswiped a Jersey barrier back in late 1969 and it sat in a barn for the next 43 years.
Well, during some down time with my closest to completion project, I decided to get some of the damage front sheetmetal off the Olds so I would be that much further along when the time comes to fix it.
I was taking the bumper off when I spied a sticker on the left front bumper mount(the one that bolts to the frame that says:
GM Factory Engineered Parts
533815- 7K32
So....that car's been wrecked twice. I thought so, because I saw overspray on the far right end of the grille too.
It lived near Detroit and looks like a typical suburbs-city car. Rusted out RF inner fender from the slush, 2 accidents, both front bias-ply tires rounded off...but the interior is immaculate.
