i have a 1967 442, i wanna get a narrowed posi rear end do you know what the measurement would be to leave enough room for tire expansion ?

You need to make up a NEW thread for your questions
Narrowing a rear for a stock chassis vehicle is not necessary just buy offset rims and be done.
Stock GM is 4.25 get 5" and that will tuck the BIGGER tire under the car.
If you are doing something totally different... you will need to provide this forum with more info as to your plan as we can not answer that question with out more info of what your doing.
