Does anyone know of any sources for a ring&pinion and some install parts for a 1971 toronado final drive unit. I saw applied gmc has some stuff but they are super expensive for everything. They also have a possi unit but again very expensive..

The early years, I think just 1966-67 Toro's had 3.21 gears. Then I believe 1968 on were 3.07.

So if you got the pumpkin from an early Toro I believe you could bolt it onto your transmission. John

My unit is from a 71 and it does have 3.07:1 gears, but I'm looking to change them to a 3.55:1 and add possi.
