Cutlass S Posi-traction
My grandson and partner in our Cutlass S tells me that posi-taction was an option on the 68 Cutlass but standard on the Cutlass S. Is that a fact?

Never heard that even on the 442 it was an option.

“Anti Spin” was always an option, even on 442.

As said, even the 442, it was optional. My 70 Cutlass S has a factory 2.78 open. A 3.08 with the redrilled Yukon 8.8 posi will go in this Winter.

RPO G80, a $42.13 option available on every A-body Olds made in the 1968 model year. Note that standard equipment is listed in the LH column.

Nice chart Joe. Where did you find that? Is it 68 specific or does it cover several years?

That is one page from the Salesman's SPECS booklet, published every year. Many of them from 1964-73 are available
here.
