That sounds like the Supreme Holiday four-door hardtop. Should be body style 4239. Olds built 15,067 of those. If it is really a "Town Sedan" then it would have had a B pillar and Olds made 5,524 of those, that would be body style 4238. Regular features were dual master cylinders,four way flasher,back up lights,side marker lights,seat belts,"high-preformance starter,hood insulation and deluxe steering wheel. The engine was a little beefier than the 350 in the standard Cutlass because Olds upped the CR to 10.25:1 so brake hp was 310 @ 4800.

It all depends upon the local market and the condition of the car. Overall, compared to a '68 442 in mint condition, not much. To you obviously, $500. Not being smart, it is just value is in the eye of the beholder.
