Rustbucket2,

Very Nice! Did you decide to keep it? I saw it for sale not to long ago on here as well as on eBay.

Still have it, high bidder tried to talk price down, showed up by his self, without a trailer, always a bad sign of things to come, he had no intention to buy it. Told wife I will take it to Homecoming next year and sale it there.

I don't blame you, he sounded like he was a tire kicker.

1973 Olds

My 1973 Cutlass S with The W-29 442 option. 350 M code T350 2.73 posi.

This is a numbers matching car. I purchased it from the original owner in May 2016 and completed an 18 month restoration in June of 2018.

I had this one last fall but I sold it. it was a good 20 foot car. I still have another mint green 'S' but it needs a lot of work. it used to belong to Oldsmobiledave. It was hit hard on the drivers front. The frame has been straightened but other projects have kept me from working on it. Next year...

Well that didn't last long. I was getting it off the tow truck at my house and nephew hounded me for 5 hours till I let him have it. I'll still post some pics in a few days. It has a really built to the hilt 403 bored out and stroked and is really set up for racing more than street driving. It has a nearly 99% perfect body. It needs paint, the Int done and bumpers rechromed. It has a 442 hood but is a Cutlass. It is set up at the moment with drag slicks on the rear and tiny( old style VW) tires and centerlines up front. It's all in Primer including the bumpers which are black. All electrical is perfect. rebuilt front end, Rubbers are all new as well,It will be one hell of nice street Rod when it's done. I regretted it about 5 minutes after it left but I have 3 Classic cars now that always need something so a 4th one might just do me in. It was a crazy great deal.

I'm parting out a 73 H/O if anyone knows of anybody looking for parts. Motor, sail panels w/windows (black), hood, bumper, rear end, front header panel, (4) 14x7 wheels w/BFG radial TA's very good condition, (4) 15x7 wheels need restoring, etc. The car is going to the junk yard this week so any other parts needed, please let me know ASAP.
