Bucket Seat Adjust springs

Does any ony have a good picture of diagram of the bottom of there bucket seats. I had my rails off mine and can not figure out how the springs go to get the seats back in.

Also what about the seat sensor for the fasten seat belt light? What is the propper way to mount it on the springs
