My car sits relatively low, a look that alot of people go for. However, im looking to get a raked look and somewhat slightly lifted. I have no knowledge of how to go about the look I am trying to achieve. I want to maintain the stock 14" wheels but raise the height a bit. is there a spring/shock set up i should look into that would help me achieve the look/stance I am going for? Do i need springs to or just taller shocks? below is a picture of the stance/height of the car I would like to achieve and my car as it sits now.

^^^This. The photos of both cars need to be at the same angle to make a meaningful comparison. Personally, the front of the blue car is too high for my tastes. Looks like the engine is out of it. Most modern 14" tires will be noticeably smaller in diameter than the original tires on your car, and raising it will accentuate the daylight in the wheelwells.
I feel like the car as it sits now with the smaller wheels looks like the springs are sagging. Im sure it would look cool with 17 or 18" wheels but I want to retain the 14" wheels.

Much better picture. Looking at your car it seems to be at the right height, if not a bit higher than stock in the rear. I think your problem is the diameter of your tires is a bit small.
Im trying to go for a raked look with skinnier tires in the front and taller ones in the rear. Not sure what tire size would achieve this look for front/rear. I am open to getting new tires as the ones on the car are at about 50%. I just also noted that the white lettering on the tire is on the inside, meaning the tires were installed on the wheels with the lettering facing towards the car...
If your looking to raise the car like in the very beginning of the video, I'd install big block springs in the front first. The rear looks plenty high at the moment.

Any Idea what part number I should be looking for? I believe MOOG is the brand. Im willing to buy the tallest rear springs too and swap them out. Any idea for part numbers? all help is appreciated!
The stance of a car is very much a personal preference, but there might be things you didn't consider after making expensive purchases on rims, tires, suspension components, etc when you find that it didn't work out how you thought it would. I found this article to have some value when considering wheel and tire sizes, particularly the "fake rake" and "mismatched shoes" scenario. Secrets of Stance. Of course, if you are intentionally shooting for one of the looks that this article is considering a felony, they explain how to achieve that look! I am also looking at adding a little rake to the stance of my car. Lot's of planning and components come in to play to get what you're after.

I installed Moog 5415 springs in the back of my '72 Cutlass ragtop and they gave it about a 3-4" lift above stock height - I'm running 245-60-15 tires all around so the total height would be slightly higher than you'd get with a 14" tire of otherwise similar dimensions.- stock 5536 springs up front (350 a/c car)
