R D Nesen Olds Cad dealer badge?
Found the build sheet for my 71 Cutlass, just wondering if there was a dealer badge from this dealership in 71. The ones that were commonly mounted on the trunk. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

The address says 541 N Oxnard BLVD, Oxnard CAL, 93030 on the build sheet. Does that sound like that would be correct for the dealership you mentioned? Google says there is a Midas at that address at the current time.

That is where the original dealership was, when they moved to a new building, about 74-75 to Thousand Oaks auto mall they changed the name to just Nesen Olds. Once in a while at a swap meet or trip to the junk yard I still see some of the metal license plate frames. When they stopped Olds production, he continued to sell Cadillacs and Hummers. I have a friend who bought his 95 Aurora new at the dealership. He is still in business today. Paul

Thanks for the info, that helps a lot. I have seen the frames on Ebay. As for the build sheet, it was tucked up under the gas tank. It was in pretty good shape considering how long it was there.
