Hot Water Tank Quit

I have a Rheem Power Vent PVW50. Serial Number... 0200J71861. There is no flame. The power vent part is working. It won't shut off. It just keeps running and running. No flame. No heat. I'm thinking, it could be the relay.
I know one you guys must work in the HVAC industry. Any suggestions.

Flame sensor is shot.
HVAC = Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning. Nothing in there about hot water tanks.

Thanks Mike: That's exactly what the problem was. Everything is good now and my daughter is no longer singing the blues!
