Free California Car inspections
I am also a member on a Naked Goldwing website and I offered my services to the members there , and I decided it would be appropriate to do so here too.
I am a retired mechanic in the Central Valley of California. I really appreciate how clean the cars stay here.
I left NYC in 1979 in my 66 SS396 Chevelle convertible and saved it from the ravages of the winter/salt cycles which destroyed many classics, it now still sleeps comfortably in my garage. But I also have a 66 442 which should be done by this summer. Anyway, California has a real car oriented society , the wrecking yards are car nut friendly...I spend time in Pick and Pull and the amount of older GM cars is really amazing...but anyway if anyone has a car that you found on CL or fleabay, that needs to be seen by an impartial party feel free to ask. Within a reasonable distance that is.
