For all of the old duffers

I received these photos form a friend , he was at the Old Triple X Drive in in Issaquah, Washington (a great cruise in place). The photos were taken March 28, 2010. I thought they were cool.

WOW, look at the white walls on that bus!

Neat picture. Buddy Holly is pretty good, one of my favourites of the oldies.

Really cool this is around after all these years after the music died. Looks like the bottom of the bus and the wheels have fresh paint. I bet those whitewalls are painted on. Thanks for sharing these.

That's an awesome bus. I'm not a big fan of wide whites, but that bus sure wears them well. I wonder if he had to repaint the lug nuts after they were wrenched on.
Those of us that made the '05 Nats in Seattle will remember the huge cruise to that Triple-x. What a cool place that was, and boy were their employees scrambling to take care of so many people. Fond memories.
