Computer problem (not mine this time)

My friends computer now displays all images upside down, pictures written text everything. This is a Dell laptop latitude E6430. What would cause this and better yet how could she fix this? This is way beyond me as you all know... Thanks for any help you can send my way. I'm not sure how I get involved in these issues..... Tedd

f you hold down the CTRL and the ALT key and hit the up arrow that will straighten your screen out. You can also try the left and right arrows if your screen is sideways and you can also hit the down arrow if you want to turn it upside down for some reason and that's it.May 3, 2013

Let me know if this works

This doean't work for all video cards. My Nvidia card won't do this but some other cards have this feature to allow corrections.

Trip, It didn't work on her unit ether (or mine) but she took it in to a computer shop she bought it from (used) and they fixed it in about 5 minutes. Something about setting up the default that was omitted when it was refreshed / rebuilt last time it was worked on. That is about all she knew about the repair.....Thanks for your help..... Tedd
