Restored car with this....

I clicked on this video of a 1970 442 just because.
I couldn't believe what I saw when he "drove over" the camera.



Why would you put THAT pan on that car in that condition? At the very least straighten it out for gods sake.

And is this the correct battery cable routing for a 4 speed car? I have never owned one so I have no idea.

That is the correct routing for cars with manual transmissions.

The dent is historically accurate - essentially all Cutlii had one, usually within 1 minute of driving off the assembly line.

Washer bottle belongs on the other side of the engine bay.
Hose clamps are wrong.
I dont think the master cylinder is correct either.

Im sure if you could really go over it, its just a poor example of an Olds restoration.
