Teepo Wins In Akron!
Glad I decided to go to the show today after all! She got 2nd place - no classes. First place went to a 57 Chebby, of course, and he didn't have his hood or trunk open. Come to think of it, none of the cars did except me! Got lots of compliments on her, and 3 offers to buy her, lol! Some guy beside me at a redlight on my way there, rolled down his window and asked me "how much to buy that car"?? I had to reply "She's priceless"!
This is my first trophy with the car on top of it!

All of that hard work pays off! I just hope you don't have to sell all of your trophy's to pay for a new paint job after you've done rubbed off all of the paint

Congrats Sandy. I went to my first non-Olds show tonight. It's held from 5 pm to 9 pm. There were about 150 cars... and I won Best of Show! Gee, I'm glad you didn't go to this one Sandy.
Didn't even know there were trophies...go figure. Again congrats on your win.

Yes all the hard work you put into your car really paid off! And the support of Allen. Do you see him at any of the car shows? Does he still have his Vista Cruiser? I understand if life changed and he doesn't have the time to post here right now. But I hope he's still enjoying his Vista Cruiser and watching your trophys pile up

Wolfie..... I did see a Chebelle the other day that had Olds Stripes on it's trunk, lol! I have 10 trophies now, between this season and last years. All I wanted was one, lol, but if they insist on giving them to me I can't turn em down!
Ken..... Congratulations! That's a beautiful trophy, and you should get Best of Show because your car is very beautiful!! I'm proud of you!
