Fender Skirts

Fender Skirts
Im getting ready to put fender skirts on 65 olds dynamic 88 conv. does anyone know when you put those on. do you leave the chrome wheel well trim on and place the fender skirts up against that or do you remove the chrome piece and put the fender skirt in? thanks chris
