Frame compression bushings

I have a 67 442 and I'm replacing the frame bushings. However, the kits that are available do not have the compression bushings that are under the rear seat or over the axle. Can you use 4 additional standard bushings? It's a 2 door hardtop. Thanks Bob

I replaced a pair of those bushings with bushings secured with bolts and washers on my '68; but that was because the cage-nuts were already installed in the body. No cage nuts...no center bolt.
