Should i remove the powdercoating from the A Arms where the bushings and balljoints press in?

It will make installation easier. Powedercoat is somewhat thicker than paint.

Yes. I would try to scrape it off with a sharp knife & apply some lube or anti-seize to help it go together easier with out distorting the arms.
Typically you should mask these areas before coating to lessen the chance of damage to the finish during the assembly process.

Dockolds

Scrape it off and put your bushings in the freezer before install. It helps a little for me.
