64' Full Size - Lower Control Arm Bushings

The lower control arm bushings in my 64' Fiesta wagon are shot and in need of replacement. Has anyone seen a replacement arm or know of another part that would be compatible? I think I have found the correct AC Delco bushings P/N 45G9012 or Napa NCP 2673217, but I would love to drop in a new arm with a ball joint while I'm at it.

Order up what you need from Fusick. He's got it all. Order online if you want.

Matt, there shouldn't be any reason to replace the control arms on your Dynamic 88. Here is a link to Fusick:

https://www.fusickautomotiveproducts.com/

Kanter is a good source for parts too:

https://www.kanter.com/

Lower control arm didn't come with a ball joint and bushing until much later. I recall replacing the lower control arms on my 1994 Mercury Sable and it was all an integrated unit. Once you remove the control arms from your car you can replace the bushings and ball joint and reinstall it. Everything will be as good as new.

No one sells new control arms for the 1963-64 full size cars. Good used is your only option. Any 1963-64 Olds full size (Eighty Eight or Ninety Eight) are suitable donors.

He said he already had found the bushings. I was responding to this:

I see what you mean Joe, I have so many POP Ups on my screen that I had to keep closing one after another just to completely see what you were referring to.
I'm on many different Forums and none have these types of POP Ups happening over and over.

I don't have adblocker and I'm not having that issue with other Forums. If I need Adblocker here, where and how do you get it installed and is it for specific Sites??

Thanks for the info guys. I thought I had come across a loaded control arm on eBay but I lost the link so I can't confirm. New bushings and some time with the press it is.

Matt, those tubular control arms won't fit your 64 Fiesta wagon. They are for a full-sized Chevy.

Prior to 1971, Olds full size cars used a completely different chassis and suspension from Impala.

So, 1971 and up Olds B/C bodies use the same suspension / brakes as the Chevy Caprice and Impala?

Learn something new everyday.

Suspension, yes.

Brakes, mostly yes. In a few cases the Olds brakes were larger, but all the 1971-76 full size cars used the same 5x5" log pattern and front wheel bearings.
