Hood hinges

Need a new set of hood hinges. I have seen the repos on ebay and the like. Range anywhere from $50-$100 each. Has anyone used these? What did you think? Hate to buy a used set as they will likely be like mine. Thanks.

I had my original hood hinges repaired by Wilson. They turned out good.

I also have a Fusick issued RH reproduction that was only used for hood fitment that I'd send to you for $70 if you'd like to go that route. It is also very nice.

+1 on Willie. Did great work on mine. 1 week turn, $175 + shipping, came back looking and working like new. It's quite amazing how much better the hood opens and closes! They can fix normal wear - pivots getting loose - but maybe not something like a bend from the hood being hit real hard or something.

I'd be cautious on reproductions just because hinges are very application specific, so we don't benefit from the normal Chevelle sales volume that helps keep shared repop parts honest. So they may not fit right, may be a little thin, may not move quite right, etc.
