68 and 69 doors

How hard is it to convert a 68 cutlass door to a 69. Is is just a matter of removing the quarter window? Will the window mechanism be easy to convert?

The outer and inner skins are completely different in the vent window area. This can be done, but it takes a LOT of work. I would not recommend it.

I have 2 '69 doors that do have some fixable dents but almost no rust. Call or text me & I'll send pix to you or I can put them here also.

Thanks I have a really solid 69 door no rust but has dents. My 68 door is straight. Maybe I'll be fixing dents.
