I see bolt kits advertised as 40 pieces. Will this cover both sides? they don't say

My '69 4-4-2 convertible uses 12 bolts on each side, or a total of 24. I wonder if the 40-bolt kit covers a wide range of years.

They're listed as 68-72. I looked at one of the fenders ( removed several years ago) and there are some holes I'm not sure are bolt holes. The piece count includes the U-nuts, five per side. I misplaced the originals, so I need to REplace them. Chumley
